ASI Facility Scheduling

ASI Facility Scheduling partners with on-campus entities to support over 15,000 club reservations on an annual basis, for both ASI managed facilities and general campus space. 

ASI Facility Scheduling administers the day-to-day processing of event plans (E-Plans) and works with clubs to ensure compliance with campus policies and identify concerns related to location, food service, parking, publicity, and risk management. ASI Facility Scheduling supports clubs by serving as a liaison between student organizations and campus entities to share information and obtain necessary campus approvals. 

Reservations for 2021-22 will be accepted starting at 8:00 am on July 1, 2021.
