Step 1: Complete the Training & Submit Your Roster
New and/or returning presidents, treasurers, and advisors must complete the online training.
Step 2: Submit your Charter and Roster
After the president, treasurer and advisor have completed the training, ASI Club Services (email@example.com) will email the president a Cal Poly Recognized Student Organization (RSO) Charter as a pdf attachment within 5-7 business days. The pdf will contain fillable fields that can be signed electronically.
Submit the electronically signed charter and your roster to ASI Club Services. Feel free to copy and paste member information into this roster template (Excel Download). Please include all active members for the previous year, including those who have graduated. A charter renewal submission without a roster containing member names and email addresses will not be processed.
Note: After the new officer’s electronic signature is submitted, the University will review the new officer position request. Please allow up to seven business days for review. Until the new officer has been approved by the University, no electronic documents will be accepted, including those with the new officer’s electronic signature as a signing officer of your organization.
